Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 August 2026
This is a placeholder document published ahead of Lantus Release 1. It describes current product behaviour honestly, but it is not a certified compliance statement and makes no regulatory claims.
What we store
Account details (email address, display name, username), your player profile (gamertag, platform, region, biography, avatar and banner), the communities and teams you belong to, your competition records, your messages, and your notification and privacy preferences.
Who can see it
Your email address is never shown to other players. Profile fields are shown according to the visibility settings you choose in Profile & Account. Direct messages are readable only by the participants — community administrators cannot browse them. Competition records are visible to the community that runs the competition.
We send sign-in codes and the notification emails you have enabled. You can turn off non-essential email in Profile & Account → Notifications. Sign-in codes cannot be turned off because they are required to access your account.
Processors
Lantus runs on managed cloud infrastructure for its database, file storage and authentication, and uses a third-party provider to deliver email. These providers process data on our behalf.
Deleting your account
You can request account deletion from Profile & Account. Deleting your account removes your sign-in credentials, profile details, private messages and preferences. Shared competition history — fixtures, results, standings and statistics — is retained by the community that ran it, with your identity reduced to a non-identifying participant label.
